Nominations Requested for the 2018 IRIS Pinnacle Award

The University of Georgia Graduate-Professional Student Association welcomes nominations for the IRIS Pinnacle Research Award, to be presented at the second annual Integrative Research and Ideas Symposium (IRIS), to be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education & Hotel.
The IRIS Pinnacle Research Award recognizes outstanding research conducted by a current student or group of students at the University of Georgia, as voted on by the collective graduate and professional student body at the University of Georgia.
A successful nomination can be made by either the prospective nominee(s) or by a nominating colleague (such as a project PI or lab partner), and will contain:
- a project title
- a project abstract
- name(s) of the UGA student investigator(s) who is/are being nominated
- name of the project's principal investigator or faculty mentor (PI)
- email address of the nominee
- a short explanation of the project's merit for recognition
